Plain-language terms covering how projects run, payment, revisions, ownership, and what to expect at each stage.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These terms apply to any project, deliverable, or retainer engaged through NMR Strategic Writing (nmrstrategicwriting.com), operated by Nadia Meuthia Ramadhani, based in Dublin, Ireland. By sending a proposal request, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging NMR Strategic Writing, you agree to the terms below.
NMR Strategic Writing provides strategic corporate writing services, including but not limited to executive profiles and bios, editorial strategy, press releases and media copy, investor narratives, thought leadership, content ecosystems, and ongoing quarterly retainers. The exact scope of any project is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Getting a proposal is free and comes with no obligation to proceed:
Nothing is owed and no work begins until a proposal is accepted and a deposit is paid.
Work begins once a 50% deposit is received. Alongside the first draft, you will receive a written analysis report explaining the thinking behind the work. This is the stage where the majority of project time is spent.
Your first draft is delivered 48 hours ahead of the agreed deadline. You then have 24 to 48 hours to review the draft, leave comments, and complete final payment.
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project as standard, to be used within the agreed review window. Requests for additional rounds, or changes outside the original agreed scope, may incur an additional fee, confirmed with you before any extra work begins.
On completion, you receive two sets of files: final, polished documents and the underlying raw files. Ownership of all delivered documents transfers to you in full. You are free to edit, adapt, and reuse them as you see fit, with no ongoing restriction or attribution requirement.
Once final delivery is made and payment is complete, both parties' obligations under the project are considered fulfilled.
Information shared during a project is treated as confidential. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available on request and is standard practice for clients in sensitive or regulated sectors.
Turnaround times are confirmed in each proposal and depend on project scope. Delays caused by late feedback, missing information, or scope changes on your side may extend the agreed timeline accordingly.
Should a project need to be cancelled after work has begun, the deposit covers work already completed and is non-refundable. Any additional payment due reflects work completed up to the point of cancellation. Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to nadia@nmrstrategicwriting.com.
NMR Strategic Writing provides writing and strategic communications services and will carry out agreed work with reasonable skill and care. NMR Strategic Writing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes (such as media coverage, funding decisions, or business results) that depend on factors beyond the content of the delivered work itself.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Questions about these terms can be sent to nadia@nmrstrategicwriting.com. After-service email consultation is provided free of charge for past clients.
