Who this policy covers

This policy applies to nmrstrategicwriting.com, operated by Nadia Meuthia Ramadhani, trading as NMR Strategic Writing, based in Dublin, Ireland. For the purposes of data protection law, NMR Strategic Writing is the data controller for the information described below.

What information is collected

Information is only collected when you choose to provide it, through the following:

• Contact and enquiry forms: name, company name (optional), email address, and the content of your message.
• Booking a call: when you book a 15-minute call through the site, the booking system (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, and the time you selected, in order to schedule and confirm the call.
• Site usage data: general analytics information such as which pages are visited, how long you stay, and which device or browser you are using. This is collected automatically and is not linked to your name or email unless you have also submitted a form.

No payment or financial information is collected or processed directly through this website.

How your information is used

Information submitted through this site is used only to:

• Respond to your enquiry or message
• Schedule and confirm a booked call
• Prepare a proposal or quote, if you have requested one
• Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and where it can be improved

Your information is never sold, rented, or used for purposes beyond these without asking you first.

Legal basis for processing

Under GDPR, information is processed on the following bases:

• Consent: when you submit a form or book a call, you are actively choosing to share that information for that specific purpose.
• Legitimate interest: aggregate site analytics are used to understand and improve the site, in a way that does not override your own privacy interests.
• Contract: if you engage NMR Strategic Writing for a project, information is processed as needed to deliver that work.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, to distinguish visitors and track usage patterns anonymously. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

The booking widget on the Contact page, provided by Cal.com, may also set its own cookies when loaded, governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy rather than this one.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect how the booking widget functions, but will not prevent you from browsing the site or sending a message.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function. Each processes a limited, specific set of data on NMR Strategic Writing's behalf:

• Netlify hosts this website and processes contact form submissions.
• Google Analytics provides anonymised website usage statistics.
• Cal.com powers the call-booking widget on the Contact page.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the site.

Some of these services may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the providers are relied upon to maintain appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, in line with GDPR requirements.

How long information is kept

Enquiry and message details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, deliver a project, typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time, see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information is held about you
• Request that inaccurate information be corrected
• Request that your information be deleted
• Object to or restrict how your information is used
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email nadia@nmrstrategicwriting.com. If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time, for example as the site adds new features or tools. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
